All orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Custom cakes require at least 2 weeks notice and a 50% non-refundable deposit. Full payment must be made prior to delivery or pickup.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund (excluding custom deposit). Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund.
While we offer gluten-free and nut-free options, our kitchen processes items containing dairy, wheat, nuts, and soy. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
